3-5th May, 2024

Dear Women,
We call to you, dear sisters and invite you to a space just for you, for us women to share time together.

Traditionally women would gather and weave their baskets of life together. They would sing, move, share, create. In these settings knowledge has been past down for generations.
At some point in our life we might have lost our connection to spirit and to the celebration of life.

This gathering is an invitation to revive that connection and dream to live our life fully, passionately and creatively as a women.

Come and join us to create sacred space, allowing time to connect, reflect, share, listen and be heard.

To work with the wheel of the year and earth cycles to connect with the sacred feminine.

Love & Blessings

*Each morning we start with meditation and Yoga*

Session 1 :  We are One

 - Opening & Cacao Ceremony -

Arriving into the space, setting intensions and meeting each other as sisters through a Cacao Ceremony, the ritual for the heart.

We will travel to the depths of our heart, exploring forms of movement, meditation and music, where we will surround ourselves with rituals that will help us look inward, find, deepen and understand the desires of our heart.  In this space, we meet and connect with each other.

We will be working with the sacred cocoa plant which has been ceremonially used since the Maya. Mayan used it to connect with their dreams and manifest them in awake reality.

Session 2 : Expansion

-Sacred Circle & Acroyoga-

Exploring our shadows and light in a supportive environment of the Sacred Circle. This is an intimate gathering where we learn new ways of speaking, listening and relating to other women. It is a place where we discover and integrate new blueprints that serve the women we are becoming.

Once formed, the circle becomes a container for truth telling and sacred witnessing, healing and transformation.

We sit together and welcome one another just as we are.  Each unique perspective is valued and recognized for we know each vital piece enriches the whole.  We embrace pristine pauses of silence and abandon the need to rescue another from their experience and feelings.

After the Sacred Circle, we will futher explore our boundaries and communication through Acro Yoga, The yoga of trust.

Session 3 : Nourishment

-Creativity Session & Massage-

We are all on a creative journey. For each of us, that journey probably began earlier than we realise, and runs deeper than we know. Along the way, we discover new mediums of expression, and new parts of ourselves.

We will be starting this session by exploring our creativity. We are creative beings. Creativity is our power as well as in our nature. Creativity isn’t just about painting, or writing, or taking lovely photographs. It’s about the way that you interpret the world, how you think, and what you do with that information. Discovering and pursuing what you want to do, who you want to be, and what to feel in your life is one of the greatest creative adventures you could ever undertake.

It is about making decisions which are not necessarily the same decisions others would make, and which may invite the unknown.

It is about imagination, beauty, possibility, and wonder.

After exploring our creativity, unleashing our intuitions, listening to our inner guidance and expressing ourselves through writing, drawing and other mediums for self expression, the session will close with massage, to take care of other fellow sisters, to discover your healing power, to receive, to give, to feel, to touch, to be touched, to love and to be loved…

Special Session : Light & Shadow Ceremony

Ceremony is a time where the individual and the community meet to cocreate healing. It is essensially a community experiance. It’s a sacred space that welcomes all to come and share, express, heal and celebrate.

Starting with a purification ritual, We will be connecting with elements and finding those elements within us, in our body and sprit. Through those elements we will be singing and dancing celebrating the joy which is innate within us.

Session 4 : Surrender

-Tantra Yoga-

We are heart creatures. We are internal and naturally attuned to spirituality. It’s innate and natural for us. It’s like an ancient tree rooted firmly in the ground–our sensuality is the sacred power forever ingrained in our heart, body and soul.

Awareness is always the first step in realizing and fully accessing the feminine power that lies within our sensuality. As women, we are incredibly and innately sensual. Sensuality to me is when we are tapped completely in to our own bodies and senses, our feminine power, our needs, desires, and our pleasure. It is so much more than the typical sexual sensuality. It is our ability to know what we want, desire and need in any given moment. We’re fluid, cyclical creatures and our constant flowing emotions and desires mean that within seconds everything can change for us.

Working with our sensuality is a pathway for exploration, acceptance and expression.

Sensuality is the simple moment of feeling this body deeply, and the act of being present with your senses. We will be exploring our sensuality through Tantra Yoga, the ancient practice that is a powerful combination of asana, mantra, mudra, bandha (energy lock) and chakra (energy center) work which you can use to build strength, clarity, and bliss in everyday life. By harnessing and embodying the Shakti, the female deity that represents creativity and change.

Session 5 : Integration

Time for reflection and see what we will be bring back from this time together. This session will be in dedication to people around you and a reminder that we are all connected.

—Practice—

⊙ RITUAL to tune into the cycles of the moon, seasons & elements and to remember our belong-ship to the womanhood and the earth.

⊙ MOVEMENT PRACTICE to connect to the womb, breasts and yoni. Reclaiming the power, awareness and joy of the body.

⊙  SHAMANIC JOURNEY to voyage through the theme at work. While anchored in the body and the present, exploring the domain of the subconsciousness to come in touch with the all-knowing-self.

⊙ SACRED CIRCLE as an  intimate gathering where we learn new ways of speaking, listening and relating to each others. We embrace pristine pauses of silence and abandon the need to rescue one another from her experience and feelings.

⊙ TANTRA YOGA as a process of redefining boundary, sexuality and sensuality that is aligned and supportive to both the divine and the wounded one within you. Ultimately cultivating acceptance and responsibility of who you truly are.
