This retreat is an invitation to remember that we are not a stranger here, that you are not alone, that there has been people who've been on this path, passing the torch of light, that you belong here and you are loved.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
*Each morning we start with meditation and Yoga*
The Root is an intensive journey to bring awareness, responsibility, fluidity, and ultimately gratitude to our life’s journey, and to learn all that we can from our personal history and free ourselves from any patterns that may be negatively affecting our future.
During the retreat, the intention is to create the freedom of body, heart and mind to be able to view our past as the perfect training for living a creative, empowered and connected life now.
This retreat will bring healing and understanding to your own journey and that of your ancestors, and so support you to pass on your wisdom, and not your wounds, to the next generation. You will leave with a sense of forgiveness for the past, acceptance of the present and a clear sense of how to bring through your unique gifts into the world.
We will be exploring our intension through yoga, ceremony, Tantra, movement & meditation.

FACILITATOR
Haein Cho : Originally from South Korea, Haein grew up in Auroville, a spiritual community in South India. She’s a certified Aquatic body work therapist as well as yoga & Acro yoga instructor and teacher trainer. Haein shares her practices available for every body, age, and ability. She aims to support all beings through movement, connection, and play.
Haein has lived in South America for a year to work with plant medicine and Shamanism in 2016. Since then she’s dedicated in creating ceremonial space where individual, tribal and ancestral healing can occur.
She has been teaching Yoga, Acroyoga, Meditation and movement in form of professional training, retreat, workshop, class and in festivals and conventions in over 30 countries world wide since 2011.

Cancelation up to 30days prior to the event, your payment is transferable 100% or reimbursable 100% minus 100€ booking fee. Cancelation between 30days and 15 days prior to the event, your payment is reimbursable 50% of the fee minus the booking fee or transferable 100%. Cancelation within 15 days prior to the event, your payment is non-reimbursable & non-transferable.
