We are living in times of change. Nature shows us in every season that change is part of the cycle of life. And we are in the midst of a massive change. More than ever, we need to be grounded in the essential truths that both keep us focused in the present and motivate us to act for the future.
Transcendence is an invitation to take an evolutionary quantum leap of consciousness to find the wisdom to accompany our power.
We evoke the dreamer, warrior and the wise elder within us, to embrace the unknown, the mystery of life and the cycle of life, death and life, to live the dream in alignment with Lila, the dance of life.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Transcendence is a journey towards embracing responsibility, fulfilment and realisation. And along the journey, you will be encouraged to step into the self who is already dreaming in interconnection with all of creation.
Life becomes a joy when the personal dream serves the sacred dream and when the sacred dream is in alignment with the dream of the great sprit, the great choreographer that is called life.
Each of us has a sacred dream that is calling us. We believe that each of us has something to contribute to the whole. The quest to discover your sacred dream and then live it is an honourable lifelong journey.
You will be discovering and embody your medicine that you bring to this earth to contribute.
From a place of presence and knowing your personal dream and your sacred dream, you will have tools to support you in the ongoing and joyful task of co-creating the future.

On our journey together, Death will be introduced as our ally and the great teacher. To have death as a friendly presence in our lives, who every now and again reminds us of our pledges and the natural cycle of life, death, life.
The intension of the Trancendence retreat is to work with and clean up what hold us back. We will seek to leave those old stories behind in the grave. In the empty space and with the support of benevolent death, we will create a new story that serves the soul to bring its light into being and into action in a world that needs people to stand up for what they know to be right.
During the retreat, through different practice inspired by dance ritual, tantra, yoga and shamanism, we will be developing the self-acceptance and clear intension necessary to create the condition in which your medicine can become visible. Once they are illuminated, you can compassionately and with gratitude invite each one to step aside and make way for your essential self.

FACILITATOR
Haein Cho : Originally from South Korea, Haein grew up in Auroville, a spiritual community in South India. Sheβs a certified Aquatic body work therapist as well as yoga & Acro yoga instructor and teacher trainer. Haein shares her practices available for every body, age, and ability. She aims to support all beings through movement, connection, and play.
Haein has lived in South America for a year to work with plant medicine and Shamanism in 2016. Since then sheβs dedicated in creating ceremonial space where individual, tribal and ancestral healing can occur.
She has been teaching Yoga, Acroyoga, Meditation and movement in form of professional training, retreat, workshop, class and in festivals and conventions in over 30 countries world wide since 2011.

Cancelation between 30days and 15 days prior to the event, your payment is reimbursable 50% of the fee minus the booking fee or transferable 100%. Cancelation within 15 days prior to the event, your payment is non-reimbursable & non-transferable.
