Acro Yoga Workshop with Haein
This will be an opportunity to let your AcroYoga practice take off and deepen!
Join Haein for a day workshop of innovative AcroYoga flows and foundations to transform your practice. Haein will be sharing her expertise with some of her favourite flows and tips for lightness, ease and grace.
Through this workshop you will be invited to expand your range of skills and sense of adventure.
Each workshop is suitable for anyone who has some experience in AcroYoga or Yoga or Acrobatic.
Variations will be given to ensure all levels to get the most of their day!
All-levels are welcome, No partner required!
