Power Story is an individual and tribal journey towards reclaiming our power & responsibility. 

We invoke the medicine from the dreamer and the warrior within us to fly high beyond imagination while keeping our feet on the ground, to move with clarity and fierceness as a warrior with the rhythm of the heart beat of our inner child.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION 

*Each morning we start with meditation and Yoga*

Power Story is an invitation to get in touch with our intuition, creativity & sexuality. 

It’s an invitation to participate in the healing that is necessary for us to make the impossible possible, one step at a time.

You will be guided to find a space of refuge inside you where you can reconnect with the wildness and power of ‘nature unbroken’ within you and around you. This place reminds us of the mystery of life and helps us to navigate through it.

Each blockages are site of power.  

We will create sacred and safe space to let our fear, anger, shame, guilt and LOVE to show up and take its expressions and complete the unfinished action. We acknowledge that emotions are not our enemy but they are our guide. We acknowledge that our body is not a sin but it is our home.

Whatever our individual and tribal wounds, we all have within us the power to overcome them and become part of a growing new story in which we recognise ourselves and each other as part of one global human family, all of us part of the web of life on which we all depend.

Power Story is a journey towards trust, action & responsibility. 

This retreat is an invitation to dive into a new level of awareness, enabling you to assume responsibility for and commitment to living your life in alignment with your deepest purpose.

FACILITATOR

Haein Cho :

Originally from South Korea, Haein grew up in Auroville, a spiritual community in South India. She’s a certified Watsu & massage therapist as well as a yoga & level 2 Acro yoga instructor. Haein shares Yoga & AcroYoga as practices available for every body, age, and ability. She aims to support all beings through movement, connection, and play.

With a background in Aquatic body work, she brings in a unique softness in her practice with fine balance between effortless movement and body control.

She has been teaching Yoga, Acroyoga & Meditation in form of retreat, workshop, class and in festivals and conventions in Mexico, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Greece, India, Korea, and Taiwan.

Haein, together with her partner Nicolas lived in South america for a year to work with plant medicine and Shamanism in 2016.

Cancelation between 30days and 10days prior to the event, your payment is reimbursable 50% of the fee minus the booking fee or transferable 100%. Cancelation within 10 days prior to the event, your payment is non-reimbursable & non-transferable.
